Maths strategy

Here is a maths strategy.

I am good at explaining how to do sums.

I will share how to do adding and show you how to do your 2 times tables.

Skittles

In our skittles writing we were learning how to do show not tell.

I need to do this so I can create a picture or a movie in my readers mind.

I think I am doing well at using adjectives and similes.  

I need to work on writing more words to increase my word count. 

Reflecting on my Learning

Today I had a conference with my teacher to discuss my learning. We talked about what I am good at and what I still need to work on.

Collaborative bird wings

For art we made Collaborative bird wings. We drew patterns on the feathers then we wiped it lightly with a tissue. We copied over our patterns with white crayon. After that we had to chose complimentary colours to dye our feather, I chose orange and blue.
