We have been learning how to write simple sentences correctly. A sentence is words that make sense with a capital letter and full stop. A simple sentence needs a verb and a subject. We wrote silly sentences and chose one to illustrate.

The fat cicada growled at the huge hot-air balloon.

The long shark crawled up and on a playground.

The super cricket pounced up a tree and fall down.

The elephant flipped in a swimming pool and farted.

The puffin skipped in the fridge.
